Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.
How to track your order
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation from Minoti.
- Click the tracking link in the email, or copy the tracking number.
- Visit the carrier's website to see your parcel's current status.
Carrier tracking pages
All our international shipments are handled by DHL. For orders within Poland, we also use InPost.
Good to know
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active.
- Estimated delivery times vary by destination — please refer to our Shipping information page for details.
- If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at cs@minoti.com.
