Minoti's ribbed knit beanies come as a 3-pack in black, grey and cream, each with a fold-up cuff that sets the fit. Roll the cuff up for a closer fit or down over the ears when the wind picks up, and it keeps working as the head grows. Three hats means one in the bag, one by the door and one in the wash, so a single missing beanie stops being a problem. The rib has enough body to pull cleanly out of a coat pocket, and a branded label sits at the band on each one.
