Sustainability at Minoti

At Minoti we make clothes for children, which means we are making things for the world those children will grow up in. This page describes what we actually do today rather than what sounds best.

Our commitments

Responsible materials

Cotton is the main fibre in our collections, and we choose fabrics first for durability: a garment that survives dozens of washes is the simplest way to reduce waste. We are working with our suppliers to increase the share of more sustainable materials and to improve what we know about where our raw materials come from. When a garment carries a specific material certification, we name that certification on the product page rather than making a general claim here.

Ethical production

We require the factories we work with to provide safe working conditions, fair pay and lawful working hours, and we treat this as a condition of doing business rather than a preference. We are formalising how we verify these requirements across our supply chain, and we will describe that programme on this page once it is in place.

Durable by design

Children's clothing has to survive active play, frequent washing and everyday adventures. Designing garments that last is the part of sustainability we control most directly — clothes that hold up longer are replaced less often, which is better for families and for the planet.

Packaging and delivery

We are reducing unnecessary packaging and moving to recyclable materials where we can, and we consolidate shipments where it is practical so that fewer journeys are needed.

Looking ahead

We would rather say less and mean it than claim more than we can prove. As our programmes develop and we are able to evidence them, we will update this page.
