Processing takes 1–3 business days on pre-orders and made-to-stock styles; everything held in the EU warehouse leaves the same day. Pick your country in the footer and prices switch to that currency.
Returns, step by step
- 01 Contact us. E-mail cs@minoti.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- 02 Pack your parcel. Pack the items securely and include your order number.
- 03 Send it at your own expense. Choose a carrier and send the parcel to our returns address within 14 days of notifying us. Return postage is paid by the customer.
- 04 Receive your refund. We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items. For a different size, return the item and place a new order.
What we cannot take back
Anything worn, washed or with the tags removed, and pierced-ear jewellery for hygiene reasons. Everything else, including multipacks with one piece tried on, comes back without a discussion.
