Minoti's lilac jumper for girls is a diamond pointelle knit, working a small repeating pattern of open stitches that reads lighter than a solid knit. The crew neck has a ribbed trim that holds its shape wash after wash, and the same ribbing runs around the cuffs so the sleeves stay put inside a coat sleeve. The ribbed hem keeps the jumper sitting at the hip rather than riding up mid-morning. There are no fastenings anywhere, so it goes on and off in seconds.
