Minoti's sand chino shorts come as a 2-pack in cotton canvas, with a dark grey pair alongside and a straight leg on both. Sand and dark grey sit far enough apart in tone to read as two different outfits, so the pack works harder than two of the same colour. The leg stays neat at the knee when he climbs or sits cross-legged, and the rise is regular. Button waist and zip fly are easy to manage without help, and the side slant pockets hold what he puts in them. Canvas keeps its shape through repeated washing.
