Minoti's boys' jersey shorts arrive three to a pack in mottled grey, black and khaki, all cut to the knee with an elasticated waist. Three colours cover more ground than three identical pairs would, and a clean pair is always ready without an extra wash. The waist pulls on and off without fiddling, which matters when there is a queue for the changing room after PE. Side pockets carry whatever he picks up at the park, and the relaxed straight leg lets him crouch and climb.
