Minoti's yellow gilet is a quilted sleeveless layer with a fixed hood lined in black and a full-length zip from collar to hem. Yellow is easy to spot across a school field, which makes the gilet useful as well as bright. The quilting holds the padding flat, so it layers under a coat or over a hoodie without adding bulk at the shoulders. Leaving the arms free keeps the climbing frame accessible. Two zipped side pockets stop small things falling out when he bends over.
