At Minoti, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. This page explains everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery times, and costs. If you have a question that is not answered here, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@minoti.com.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Błonie, Poland, on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays).
1. Order Processing Time
Before your order is shipped, it goes through our fulfilment process:
- Standard processing time: 1–3 working days from the moment payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During peak periods — sale events, holiday seasons, new collection launches — processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate significant delays by e-mail.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please note: processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time = processing time + delivery time.
2. Delivery Options, Times & Costs
The exact delivery options and costs for your destination are always shown at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges.

All delivery times are estimates after dispatch and do not include order processing time (1–3 working days).
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after receiving your confirmation e-mail.
If you have a Minoti customer account, you can also track your order by logging in and visiting "My Orders".
4. Delivery Attempts and Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local pick-up point. Most carriers attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to us.
If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect, we will contact you by e-mail. You may choose to have the order re-dispatched (at your cost) or receive a refund for the product price, excluding the original delivery charge.
InPost Paczkomat (Poland only): Your parcel will be held in the locker for 48 hours from the collection notification. Please collect promptly to avoid the parcel being returned.
5. What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery document before signing, where possible.
- Take photographs of the damaged outer packaging and the damaged product(s) before discarding any packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@minoti.com with your order number, photographs, and a description of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. The cost of returning any damaged item will be covered by us.
6. What to Do If Your Order Has Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, first check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation e-mail. If tracking has not been updated for more than 3 working days, or if tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the parcel, contact us at cs@minoti.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf and send a replacement or issue a full refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
7. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at cs@minoti.com. We will do our best to correct the address before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Sustainable Packaging
We are committed to minimising our environmental impact. We use recyclable and recycled materials wherever possible and continuously work to reduce the amount of packaging used per shipment. We encourage you to recycle all packaging materials after use.
