Minoti's light blue unicorn softshell jacket is a water resistant, windproof layer with a hood that comes off for milder mornings. Softshell sits between a fleece and a waterproof, so it handles days that start dry but rarely stay that way. The all-over unicorn print runs across the shell in pink and white. An elasticated edge holds the hood close to the face, the full-length zip runs from chin to hem, and elasticated cuffs keep sleeves in place. Two side slip pockets warm both hands on the way to school.
