Minoti's gunmetal softshell jacket carries a geometric print in gunmetal, blue and lime that breaks the colours up rather than blocking them. That keeps it easy to wear next to school trousers as well as weekend jeans. Softshell fabric has stretch built in, so it moves with him on the climbing frame instead of pulling across the shoulders. The hood is fixed, so nothing goes missing mid-term, and its drawstring adjusts the opening over a hat. The zip runs the full length and side pockets sit at hip height.
