How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 13:00 leave the same working day. The courier then needs 2–3 business days across the EU. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum — we do not run a threshold you have to reach.
Where do you ship from, and where to?
From our warehouse inside the EU. Because it is an intra-community shipment there is no customs paperwork and no surprise charge at the door. You choose the country in the footer — prices then show in that country's currency.
Can I collect it from a parcel locker?
Yes. Pick “Parcel locker” at checkout — same 2–3 business days, and you have 48 hours to collect once it lands. It costs the same as courier delivery: nothing.
How do returns and swaps work?
You have 30 days from delivery on anything unworn with tags on. Start the return in your account, print the label that arrives by e-mail, and drop the parcel at any pickup point. The refund goes back to the original payment method once the parcel reaches us.
The size is wrong — swap or return?
Either. A swap is faster: start a return, tell us the size you want instead, and we reserve it while your parcel travels. If the size you need has sold out, we refund without asking questions.

DTWL – Minoti, Sochaczewska 98C, 05-870 Błonie-Wieś, Poland. Always start the return first, so the label carries your order number — parcels without it take much longer to match to an order.
Which size for my child?
Measure their height in centimetres, without shoes, and pick that number. A 122 cm child wears 122, whatever their birthday says. The size guide has the full table of chest, waist and hip measurements per height.
Between two sizes — up or down?
Up. Children grow into it inside a season, and you have 30 days to send it back if it swims on them. Our sizes are body measurements, so there is already room built into the garment.
Do prices change with the size?
On some styles, yes — bigger sizes use more fabric. The price for every size is listed in the size dropdown on the product page, before you add anything to the basket.
How can I pay?
The payment methods available in your country are shown at checkout and in the footer of every page.
I need an invoice with a VAT number
Add the company name and VAT number in the checkout notes, or reply to the order confirmation. For regular trade orders, request wholesale access instead — prices there are net.
