Once you have completed your shopping basket, filled in your details and submitted your order, we will send you an email message containing the number of your order.

After you have correctly completed the payment, your order will be sent to our warehouse for processing. Our logistics specialists will then prepare your order for shipment. The status saying that your order is ‘ready for shipment’ means that the package is fully processed and waiting to be picked up by the courier.

You will receive another email from us at the time of dispatch. You will be notified if we are unable to complete your order.

We do our best to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible.

Cancelling an order is not possible.

If you have changed your mind for any reason and do not want products you ordered, we offer you two effective solutions:

After the order has been shipped, you can refuse to accept the package from the courier.
If you have accepted the package, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Your order can be cancelled by any of the following:

  • failure to finalise the payment,
  • communication error between the payment system and our database (if the payment has been charged to your account but the order appears as unpaid in our system, please contact our Customer Service Department at cs@minoti.com),
  • product unavailability during order completion.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If the product has not been sold out, we suggest you make another attempt to place your order.

An invoice is provided on request. This option is offered during order placement.  

Your complaint will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Once your order has been completed and the courier company has collected the parcel, your package heads off to the address you have specified.

The tracking system is enabled when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Once this option is activated, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to see where your parcel is at any time.

Note: Please be aware that the order tracking function is not active immediately. Parcel tracking will be available 24 hours after your order has been shipped from the warehouse.
 

It is not possible to modify the order once it has been confirmed. 

If you want to resign, we suggest the following solutions:

  • After the order has been shipped, you can refuse to accept the package from the courier.
  • If you have accepted the package, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

 

You can only change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched. Feel free to contact our Customer Service again or the DHLcourier company directly.

If you wish to contact DHL, it is best to do so once you have received the tracking number.

 

Information about the availability of a product on the website and its particular size, even if marked as available, may not be updated. In this case, the following message will appear:

‘The selected quantity of this product cannot be added to the basket – product out of stock.’

It is likely that the product you were interested in was popular. Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it. Someone was ahead of you and completed their payment faster. If an item is not available online, it means it is out of stock.
Unfortunately, our Customer Service does not have information about when products will be back in stock.

Product exchange via the online shop involves returning the products in accordance with the return procedure and placing a new order again.


Proof of purchase is always included in the package. You can also find it in your customer panel.  An invoice is provided on request. This option is offered during order placement.     

Our online shop offers the following forms of payment:                                                                                                                                      

  • Electronic payments (e-payments) via an online payment service.
  • Traditional payment via bank transfer to our shop's bank account. If you choose this method of payment, we will send you the details for the transfer via email after you have placed your order. Order processing will commence once the full amount of the required payment for your order has been registered in our account.
