Minoti's black sequin dress for girls is a fully lined party style with short flutter sleeves and a keyhole button fastening at the back. Sequins cover the dress from neckline to hem, catching the light from every angle without anything added. The flutter sleeves sit away from the arm rather than flat against it, giving the dress movement when she walks in. The round neckline keeps things neat at the front, and the lining means the sequin fabric sits against fabric rather than skin.
