Customer reviews
Every rating here comes from a delivered order. We do not buy reviews, we do not delete the critical ones, and the two questions we ask are the two that actually help: did the size run true, and how did it wash?

How it works
One e-mail, two questions, no reminders.
- 01 Thirty days after delivery we send one e-mail asking about the pieces you kept.
- 02 Two questions with the stars: did the size run true, and how did it survive the wash?
- 03 Reviews publish with the size bought, so the next parent can compare like for like.
- 04 If something was faulty, we reply in the thread and fix it — publicly, not by deleting it.
