You can check your order in your account or straight from the shipping email. Both show the same status and courier link.
What the statuses mean
Free delivery from 69 €, otherwise 9,90 €.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting for payment | The payment hasn't reached us yet. We start packing as soon as it does. |
| Paid, being packed | Payment is confirmed and we're packing your order. Pay by 13:00 on a working day and we send it the same day. |
| Partly sent | Some items are already with the courier. The rest follow in another parcel with its own tracking link. |
| Sent | DHL has the parcel (for Polish addresses DHL or InPost). It usually takes 1–2 working days to a Polish address and 2–6 elsewhere in the EU. Your 30 days to return start the day it arrives. Return postage is paid by you. |
| Refunded or partly refunded | We've sent the money back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank can take a few working days to show it. |
| Cancelled | The order is cancelled and nothing will be sent. If you've paid, the money goes back the way you paid. |

We show each status as the courier reports it. A parcel can stay on one status for up to a day before the next scan.
Couriers: DHL in every country (DHL tracking) and InPost parcel lockers in Poland (InPost tracking). Paste the number from your shipping email there.
Find your parcel
- Sign in. Use the email you ordered with and we'll send a code to it. People often order from a work address and then try a private one.
- Open the order. Each order shows its status and a tracking link for every parcel.
- Follow the courier link. It opens the DHL or InPost tracking page with the latest scan.
No new scan for 3 working days? Write to cs@minoti.com with the name on the order and we'll find it. If you have the order number, add it. We reply within one working day.
