What are the inner cuffs for?
They're long and soft and go under the jacket sleeve, so snow can't get in at the wrist. The outer glove then closes over the sleeve with the strap.
Are they only for skiing?
No. They're kids' ski gloves, but they also work as kids' winter gloves for sledging, snowball fights and cold walks.
Do the palms grip?
Yes. The palms and fingers have a textured grip and the thumb is reinforced, which helps with ski poles and sledge ropes.
Which size should I choose?
8–11 or 11–14 years. Ski gloves should leave a little room at the fingertips, so if she's between sizes, go up.
How do I wash them?
Fasten the straps and wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Reshape, dry flat away from radiators and keep them out of the tumble dryer. They're girls' gloves in 100% polyester, so they dry fairly quickly.
