What size coat should I buy for a 6-month-old baby?
Most 6-month-olds take a 74 cm coat, the size for 6 to 9 months. If your baby is long for their age or you want room for a jumper underneath, choose 80 cm, which covers 9 to 12 months.
Can my baby wear a padded coat in the car seat?
No. Take a padded coat or pramsuit off before you strap your baby in, because the padding stops the harness sitting snugly. On a cold day below 5°C, lay the coat or a blanket over the top once they are buckled in.
