Free delivery on every order, to all 25 countries we ship to. Orders paid by 13:00 Polish time on a working day leave our warehouse in Błonie, Poland, the same day. Orders paid later, at weekends or on Polish public holidays leave on the next working day.

Portugal: delivery in 5–6 working days after dispatch.

We only ship to these 25 countries. Outside Poland every parcel goes with DHL. Times are counted from dispatch, every parcel has a tracking number, and the options for your address are shown at checkout. During sales and holidays dispatch can take a little longer. If the delay is bigger, we'll email you.
Parcel arrived damaged? Email cs@minoti.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. Tracking hasn't moved for 3 working days, or it says delivered and nothing came? Write to us and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
The 48-hour window helps us claim from the carrier. It doesn't affect your 2-year legal rights for faulty goods.
Returns, step by step
Need a different size? Send this one back and order the right one now, so you don't wait twice. Two deadlines: 30 days from delivery to tell us, then 14 days from your email to post the parcel.
- Tell us within 30 days. Email cs@minoti.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you're sending back. We confirm within 1 working day.
- Pack your parcel. Pack the items securely and put your order number inside.
- Post it within 14 days. Send the parcel to our returns address within 14 days of your email, with any carrier. You pay the return postage. Use a tracked service: we can't take responsibility for parcels lost on the way.
- Get your refund. We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Your bank may take 3–5 more working days.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags, labels and hygiene stickers still attached. Send them in the original packaging or packaging that protects them just as well, and keep your order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase.
We can't take back personalised or made-to-order items, hygiene products with a broken seal, or anything significantly altered, damaged by you or sent back without tags.
Trying something on is fine. If it shows more use than that, we may refund less.
A fault that shows up later is covered for 2 years.
