Description
Minoti's blue sparkle skirt for girls is a tiered pleated style shot through with metallised fibre, so it catches the light from every angle. The tiered ruffle layers build volume through pleating, and the silhouette fans out as she moves without needing a petticoat underneath. It is fully lined, which keeps the skirt opaque when she sits down and holds the outer fabric off bare legs. The elasticated glitter waistband stretches on and off without a zip or button.
