How long does delivery take?
Orders paid by 13:00 on a working day leave the same day. Delivery then takes 1–2 working days in Poland and 2–6 in the rest of the EU, depending on the country. The full list is on the delivery page. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum — we do not run a threshold you have to reach.
Where do you ship from, and where to?
From our warehouse inside the EU. Because it is an intra-community shipment there is no customs paperwork and no surprise charge at the door. You choose the country in the footer — prices then show in that country's currency.
Can I collect it from a parcel locker?
Yes. Pick “Parcel locker” at checkout. InPost lockers are available in Poland only, the parcel arrives in 1–2 working days after dispatch and waits 48 hours for you. It costs the same as courier delivery: nothing.
How do returns work?
E-mail cs@minoti.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what you're sending back. Then post the parcel within 14 days of that e-mail, with any carrier. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags, labels and hygiene stickers on, in the original packaging or packaging that protects them as well. We can't take back personalised or made-to-order items, hygiene products with a broken seal, or anything significantly altered, damaged by you or sent back without tags. Trying something on is fine; if it shows more use than that, we may refund less.
We refund your original payment method within 14 days of the parcel reaching us. Full rules are in the returns policy.
The size is wrong — can I swap it?
We do not do direct swaps. The quickest way is to order the right size straight away and return the one that does not fit. You get your money back for it within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.
Where do I send the parcel?
DTWL – Minoti, ul. Sochaczewska 98C, 05-870 Błonie-Wieś, Poland. E-mail us before you post it and put your order number inside the parcel. Returns we were not told about take longer to match to an order.
Which size for my child?
Measure their height in centimetres, without shoes, and pick that number. A 122 cm child wears 122, whatever their birthday says. The size guide has the full table of chest, waist and hip measurements per height.
Between two sizes — up or down?
Up. Children grow into it inside a season, and you have 30 days from delivery to tell us if you want to return it. Our sizes are body measurements, so there is already room built into the garment.
Do prices change with the size?
On some styles, yes — bigger sizes use more fabric. The price for every size is listed in the size dropdown on the product page, before you add anything to the basket.

I need an invoice with a VAT number
Add the company name and VAT number in the checkout notes, or reply to the order confirmation. For regular trade orders, request wholesale access instead — prices there are net.
