Should I size up in a men's waterproof jacket to fit a jumper underneath?
Usually you do not need to. Choose your normal size if you will wear a T-shirt or thin jumper underneath, and go one size up only if you plan to layer a thick fleece on days below 8°C.
Is a thin raincoat enough on its own on a cold, wet day?
