Girls' pleated skirt in pink

Minoti's pink party skirt is a short flared style built from three tiers of ruffles, with metallised fibre woven through the jersey for shimmer. The tiers sit one above the other, so the whole skirt lifts when she spins rather than swinging as a single stiff panel.
