Are the shoulder straps adjustable?
Yes. Both padded shoulder straps are adjustable.
What size is the backpack?

Will an A4 folder fit?
Yes. It holds roughly 15 litres, enough for an A4 folder, a lunch box and a water bottle.
How do the front pockets close?
One has a zip, the other a flap with two buckles. The main compartment zips shut and has an open sleeve inside, and there are side pockets and a top handle too.
What is it made of?
100% polyester twill, which dries quicker than cotton if it ends up on a wet floor.
