Baby Girls' Track Jackets
A baby girl track jacket is the sporty top you would wear with matching joggers, and on a baby it works as an easy extra layer over a vest or T-shirt. Sizes run from newborn to 24 months. Put one on for the park, the pushchair or a cool morning at nursery, and pair it with joggers or leggings. Each product page lists the fabric and how it fastens.
Track jackets are sized by height in centimetres, and some shops call them tracksuit tops, which is the same garment. Measure her from head to heel and pick the size at or just above that height: a baby girl track jacket for 12-18 months is usually 86 cm. If she is long for her age, go up one and roll back the sleeves until she grows into it. Wash it inside out and follow the care label.
Your questions answered
MINOTI's baby girl track jackets are sporty tops for newborn to 24 months, sold in centimetre sizes such as 62 cm for 0-3 months and 68 cm for a baby girl track jacket at 3-6 months.
What size track jacket should I buy for a baby girl of 0-3 months?
Choose 62 cm, the 0-3 months size. If she is long for her age or close to 3 months, go up one to 68 cm so the jacket still fits after a growth spurt.
Is a track jacket warm enough for a baby girl aged 6-12 months?
On its own it is a light layer for mild days of around 15°C or warmer. When it is colder, wear it under a padded coat or pramsuit. At 6 to 9 months most babies take 74 cm, and at 9 to 12 months 80 cm.
