Write to us about an order, a size or a return.
How do returns work?
Email cs@minoti.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what you're sending back. Then post the parcel within 14 days of that email, with any carrier. You pay the return postage.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags, labels and hygiene stickers on, in the original packaging or packaging that protects them as well. We can't take back personalised or made-to-order items, hygiene products with a broken seal, or anything significantly altered, damaged by you or sent back without tags. Trying something on is fine; if it shows more use than that, we may refund less.
We refund your original payment method within 14 days of the parcel reaching us. Full rules are in the returns policy.
How long does delivery take?
Orders paid by 13:00 Polish time on a working day leave the same day. Delivery then takes 1–2 working days in Poland and 2–6 in the rest of the EU, depending on the country. The full list is on the delivery page. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum.
Which size for my child?
Measure their height in centimetres, without shoes. Each size covers a range of heights and is named after the top of it, so if the height falls between two sizes, take the next size up: a child of 107 cm wears 110. Go by height, not by birthday. The size guide has the full table and a finder that does the maths for you.
